Each facility’s Part 77 §77.19, AC 13B, OCS-7, and TERPS surface sets are auto-derived from FAA NASR + CIFP — approach type from coded procedures, GPA/TCH from the coded glideslope, CAT II/III from the NASR ILS category, every value cited with its cycle. Two inputs are yours, because they are procedure-specific and not machine-readable: HAT and visibility minimums. Leave them blank and AvPlot uses the conservative documented defaults (< 3/4 SM branch, HAT 250 ft) — disclosed on every run, with a materiality flag whenever the default (vs. the alternative) flips a penetration outcome.

Drives the TERPS visual-area extent (8260.3G §3-3-2.c).

The auto-derived screening always runs. Supplying published runway design inputs here additionally runs the design-grade §77.19 / AC 13B / OCS-7 obstruction pipeline (the same engine as the full obstruction analysis) on each structure’s Full report — per-surface elevations, penetrations, and citations against YOUR published values instead of derived ones — and enables the ALP obstruction sheet export in § 04. Leave untouched to skip. Issues are flagged here, inline, as you type — not at Full-report time.
Sets both runway ends’ AAC, ADG, TDG, and classification (≤ 12,500 lb → Small/Utility). Visibility & approach stay manual.

The horizontal/conical surfaces reference the ESTABLISHED airport elevation (14 CFR 77.19(a)). Resolution: this field → NASR by looked-up airport → max runway-end elevation (recorded as an assumption — acknowledge below).
Required for the §77.19 run (structure lat/lon convert through it). Auto-detected from the looked-up airport’s ARP; enter manually otherwise (State Plane tool).
These inputs also drive the ALP sheet DXF — generate it (and every other export) from § 04 Exports after a screening run; its sheet options live in the ALP output there.
Nothing here blocks the auto-derived screening — § 02 builds the list, § 03 runs it.
