When two or more runways share the same designation, add a suffix: L (left), C (center), or R (right) based on relative position as seen by the pilot on final approach.

Parallel runways

Per FAA Order 7400.2. L/C/R suffix is assigned from the pilot’s perspective looking toward the runway on final approach, not from a map view.
